International Women's Day (IWD) is a global initiative designed to celebrate women's achievements in all aspects of life and society. It's a day singled out each year to raise awareness about women's needs, to keep promoting change and collectively forge a more inclusive world for women.

This year, the theme is “Inspire Inclusion".

This theme underscores the importance of inspiring others to understand and value women’s inclusion, so that around the world they can get access to the necessary resources, support, and opportunities to thrive, thereby catalyzing progress not only for women themselves but for society as a whole.

Why Inspire to Invest in Women

A vital aspect of inspiration that we can advocate for is the investment of education and healthcare for all women. This includes ensuring access to comprehensive healthcare, including menstrual health education and support. The menstrual cycle plays a crucial role in women's overall well-being, with patterns impacting various aspects of health, from cardiovascular health to hormonal balance.
